Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels their reservation less than 48 hours before the check-in date, there will be no refund. If the guest cancels their reservation more than 48 hours before the check-in date, there will be a Credit note.

Credit Notes: In the event that a guest cannot complete their stay at the homestay, a credit note may be issued at the discretion of the host. The credit note will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.

Credit Notes Eligibility: To be eligible for a credit note, the guest must provide a valid reason for their inability to complete their stay, such as illness, death in the family, or travel disruption beyond their control. The host may request proof of the reason for the guest's early departure or cancellations.

Credit Notes Amount: The amount of the credit note will be determined by the host, based on the length of the guest's stay and any expenses incurred by the host as a result of the guest's early departure or cancellations. The credit note will be issued for the remaining portion of the guest's stay.

Credit Note Use: The credit note may be used towards a future stay at the homestay, subject to availability. The credit note is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Credit Note Expiration: The credit note will expire 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.

Refunds: Credit notes are not eligible for refunds. If the guest does not use the credit note within the specified time period, it will expire and become invalid.

Amendments: This credit note policy may be amended from time to time, and the most current version will be available on the host's website or upon request.
