Reservation and Payment: All reservations must be made in advance and full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made via UPI or bank transfer.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 1:00 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out time is by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

House Rules: Guests must follow all house rules. Guests must also respect the privacy of the host and their family.

Liability: The host is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred by the guest during their stay. Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the property.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the homestay will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as determined by the host.

Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time, and the most current version will be available on the host's website or upon request.
